Banjo Countertop Over Toilet? Condo Overhaul – Guest Bath

The final install is a light and airy space featuring solid surface quartz countertops, glass and ceramic tile, all new plumbing fixtures and a wall hung cabinet with obscured glass storage

The dated brass and black bathroom had outlived its style at the end of the hallway,  desire for an open airy feel with plenty of storage takes over.

Demo plan involves removing all the plumbing fixtures, flooring and cabinetry.

Raising the shower head and adding storage above the toilet with obscured glass increase functionality.

A new deep tub gives height needed for the glass shower door to swing clear over the toilet seat

An up-close view of the tile design on the shower walls- from the hallway extra depth is given by the contrasting matte/glossy random combination of white subway tiles. Accent tile is composed of clear, matte, and frosted blue and clear glass.  Tying together all the colors in the Cambria quartz counter top.
