Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a permit for a bathroom remodel in Burlingame?
Yes, most comprehensive bathroom renovations require building permits from the City of Burlingame, especially if we are moving plumbing or electrical lines. As a full-service design-build firm, we manage the entire permitting process for you.
How can I see what my new spa bathroom will look like before construction starts?
We use specialized 3D "x-ray vision" color renderings during the design phase. This allows you to walk through your new bathroom virtually and make adjustments to the layout or finishes before construction begins.
Do you use subcontractors for your remodels?
We take pride in having an entirely in-house design-build crew, including our own carpenters and project managers. This allows us to maintain strict quality control and provide a reliable, turn-key experience.
Can you match the aesthetic of my older Burlingame home while giving me a modern spa bathroom?
Absolutely. Our designers are experts at blending modern, luxurious amenities with the traditional architectural charm found in many Burlingame neighborhoods.
