This full Design Build condo remodel transformed an 80’s condominium unit into a suitable space that incorporated aging-in-place design in the kitchen and master bathroom. The clients had downsized and it was important for them to design the entire condo using existing furniture while also allowing a wide range of accessibility to accommodate certain health concerns of the client.

There were existing arches throughout the home that inspired the curves and fluidity of design in the master bathroom. The challenge was to create a wet/dry area with functional grab bars that still looked aesthetically pleasing. The master bathroom features a curbless shower, a bench with grab bars and tall grab bars that create the entrance into the wet/dry shower.
